Crossroads Cove does not assume liability for claims covered under "AirCover" or any other insurance policies held by the property owner.
8. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. If termination occurs during a paid period, fees are non-refundable.
9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located.
10. Amendments: Crossroads Cove reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice. Continued engagement with our services after receiving notice of changes implies acceptance of the modified terms.
